Lee has over 25 years’ experience in leadership roles for well-known global brands including The North Face, Fila, Nike and Patagonia. Recently joining Canada Goose, the leading arctic luxury brand, as Chief Product Officer, Lee serves as an advisor to our business with insights on developments in the luxury sector.

During his extensive career, he has been charged with everything from building new product ranges, developing new distribution channels and shaping new business units. He has run businesses, led design and innovation, established supply chains, built strategies for emerging markets and positioned brands for M & A.

Lee is a business strategist and innovation catalyst helping clients including Canada Goose, KJUS Inc., Haglofs, and Quiksilver. 

He holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics from Lenoir-Rhyne University and has completed post-graduate study and continuing education at the College for Recording Arts, University of Pennsylvania Wharton School of Business and Stanford University Hasso-Platner Institute of Design.

Based in Southern California, Lee has worked in Europe and Asia extensively throughout his career.
